Refund Policy

IN A NUTSHELL: if you are, for whatever reason, unhappy with your purchase from us, and you notify us within two weeks of receiving your purchase, we will refund you within two weeks of you returning the item(s).

We would be very grateful if you could please give us some feedback about what was wrong so we can improve our product and provide the best service we can to our customers – we are real people based in England trying to do our best.

Under The (British) Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations, you have the right to cancel a contract within 14 days – starting from the day after you take delivery of the goods (a “cooling off” period). You have the right to cancel for any reason without penalty.

If you wish to cancel, please write to us or email clearly stating your full details including order date and cancellation instructions. To cancel the contract, you must give us notice within 14 days starting from the day after you take delivery of the order. We would be grateful if you could include a short note explaining why you chose to return the goods.

Once you have cancelled the contract, you have a legal “duty of care” to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods, even if they are “used”, to us at your expense to the address below.

Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving the item that has been cancelled.

Refunds can only be requested by the purchaser.
