We are are required to issue a privacy notice in plain English (under the GDPR Articles 12, 13 and 14 of the GDPR).

We are not a big “faceless” company. We have real people who you can talk to if you have any problems with how we use your data. We would like to think we are nice people and we will do what we can to help.

At the time of purchasing a product or signing up to our newsletter, we will collect and store all or some of the following: your name and email address, phone number, address (for delivery of orders), your previous orders, previous communications with you so we can refer back to what was said earlier.
